By using this website, signing up for our updates, or taking part in our text message program, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Use of our website
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access areas or data that are not intended for public use.
Sign-ups and the information you give us
When you fill out a form on our site, you agree to provide accurate information and to use only your own email address and phone number. Sharing your contact information is always optional and is never required to donate, register for an event, or receive help. If you submit your email address, you agree to receive emails from Right to Life CA and to the handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Text messaging (SMS) program terms
These terms apply to our text message program. Taking part is always optional. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, donation, event registration, or receipt of any informational message, service, or help.
Program description. If you opt in, you may receive recurring automated text messages from Right to Life CA. Our marketing program sends messages about events, fundraising, and ticket announcements. Our informational program sends messages such as registration reminders, volunteer reminders, and confirmations. The two programs are separate, and you may choose either, both, or neither.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. We do not charge a fee to receive our text messages.
How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number, unless you opt in again.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (559) 229-2229.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your privacy. We use a trusted service provider (Twilio) to deliver text messages on our behalf. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. We keep records of the consent you give and the time you give it so that your opt-in is auditable. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
