Right to Life is looking for an hourly administrative assistant to work in our Griffith Ave office between 10-15 hours per week. This is a part time position that will offer $21-$23 per hour. Administrative Assistant Duties include:
 Answer phone calls and direct or assist as necessary
 First line of contact for the office (greeting, etc)
 Track and order office supplies as needed and keep office organized
 Assisting with weekly bills
 Update Kindful and Greater Giving donor databases as needed (update addresses, etc)
 Mail donation thank you to donors, sponsors, etc (usually weekly)
 Mail memorial card acknowledgments as needed
 Take minutes for weekly staff meetings
 Maintain office files and update as necessary.
 Assist with Auction and Golf Tournament as necessary
 Coordinate volunteers for various projects (Fairs, Auction, bulk mailings, etc)
 Maintain 300 club mailings
 Basic computer skills, knowledge of simple online graphic design sites like Canva, familiarity with social media preferred
