How RLCC Changed My Life

I was thinking over my time this year at Tulare-Kings Right to Life, and thinking of what a crazy ride it has been for me.

January 1st, 2014 marked the start of my second year of working in the pro-life field and man, do things look different. I see the world in a lot different light today then I did a year ago. This has a lot to do with the people who I have been able to do ministry with, especially those friends of mine in the Justice For All program.

I wanted to just take some time and thank all you in Fresno who have allowed me to listen in on conversations, helped me to become a better communicator, and most importantly helped me to become more transparent with my faith.

Now I don’t have to wear Jesus on my shirt, (unless it’s a cool shirt,) in order for people to know that I am a Christian. I have had better conversations with complete strangers then I have had with friends at church, which makes me a little sad now that I think of it.

I am more willing to consider that I am wrong about things, (a “thanks” from my wife on that one,) and I know way more about philosophy than I had ever learned in any of my classes.

Thank you for your ministry and taking in a rookie like me. I am very much looking forward to what 2014 holds for all of us, and for the lives that we will get to touch through the power of Christ.
