Right to Life of Central California is looking to hire a part-time, 25-hour-per-week administrative assistant. Those interested should email a resume and cover letter to Including professional references is encouraged.

The administrative assistant will be the first point of contact for supporters who reach out to the organization. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with excellent organizational skills. He/she will answer phones, greet visitors, and manage certain aspects of our correspondence. He/she will have responsibilities for maintaining connections with our volunteers and scheduling volunteer activities: in-office mailers, 40 Days for Life, the Fresno Fair, Christmas volunteers, etc. He/she will be responsible for maintaining and updating our database of financial supporters, working with board members and others to ensure that entries are current. He/she will be responsible for helping keep schedules for the executive director and other staff, assisting with scheduling for educational activities and presentations. He/she will also assist the in sending out annual tax letters and with logistical details relating to events, particularly our Christmas Dinner and Auction, and other major fundraisers and educational events. He/she will also interact with vendors who assist with regular office services like cleaning services, pest control, filtered water, etc. He/she will have responsibility for overseeing the organization and supply of office materials.
